1. Firstly, prepare all ingredients. Peel the cloves of garlic, and then wash them with clean water. Pound them until cracked. Next, cut or trim the mushrooms into pieces, and wash them with clean water. Place at room temperature. Later, cut the spring onions’ roots and wash them with clean water before cutting them into several chunks.
2. Preheat the frying pan by setting the medium heat, and add the oil. Wait until the oil is hot, and add the cracked cloves of garlic and the spring onions.
3. Put the mushrooms into the frying pan after the cloves of garlic and spring onions are ripe, and pour a few drops of soup. Stir until it is ripe, and add Maekrua Gold Label® Soya Sauce, Maekrua® Oyster Sauce, and pepper balls to enhance the flavor. Later, keep stirring until ready to serve.
