1. Wash the pork and slice it into pieces. Next, add pounded garlics, followed by spices, curcuma powder, cumin powder, sugar, coriander seeds, coconut milk, and milk for just a little bit on the pork. Later, cover the bowl with plastic, and refrigerate for marinating 4-5 hours.

4. Wash the vegetables, and slice the cucumber into pieces. Next, finely chop shallots, and goat peppers, and mingle them with the simmered vinegar. Finally, the savory Acar sauce can be served with the pork stay.
