1. Mix the shrimp, cloves of garlics, and coriander root together.
2. Add pepper, seasoning powder, egg, and Gold Label® Tempura Flour. Mix them together, and then place them under the room temperature for 30 minutes.
3. Mold them in single proper-size pieces, and then mix each of them with bread crumbs. However, if it can’t be molded in a piece, add Gold Label® Tempura Flour it can be molded in a proper size.
4. Put them into the frying pan over the moderate heat, and then add a large quantity of oil. Wait until the smoke is seen, and then fry the molded pieces until they become golden yellow. Put them into a plate, and serve with Gold Label® Sweet Chili Sauce for Chicken.
