Ingredients
½ gram young ginger
3 tablespoons Gold Label® Distilled Vinegar
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1 teaspoon powdered salt
2 tablespoons lemon Juice

Directions
1. Peel the ginger, and then wash it. Next, finely slice it into thin pieces.
2. Use the fork to pierce the sliced ginger thoroughly, and then immerse it in the salt water at least 3 hours. Next, squeeze the water out of the ginger, and wash it again
3. Pour the lemon juice on the ginger until it becomes pink. Boil the vinegar, sugar and salt in pot, and leave it to cool, and then add 1 tablespoon lemon juice on it.
4. Immerse the ginger in it overnight, and then pour the ginger water on a clean white filter cloth on the next day. Next, warm the filtered water, and leave it to cool. Later, select some pieces of ginger, and immerse them in the boiled and cool filtered ginger water. Follow the same ginger immersing step until the ginger is saturated. Lastly, when the ginger is transparent, it can finally be your tasty side dish.
